Fuji Sushi

Fuji Sushi is such a hidden gem! 🍣 The service is AMAZING 10/10! The food is fresh, well cooked and flavorful. I loooove all of the sushi roll options, so good. 🤤💖 They even gave me and my family free dessert 🍰 That was the sweetest thing I have ever had happen at a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this spot to try some tasty japanese food! 🍙🍥

A hole in the wall for sure!! Located in the Hiram Hobby Lobby shopping center next to the gyro place. Definitely a mom and pop shop, they are always welcoming, and serve delicious food. Service is great, they are always attentive and we even got a free appetizer the two times we have been. Our to go order is Black Samurai, Super Crunch Roll, California Roll. 10/10 recommend.

I was invited out with my bestie for sushi and this is the place she recommended, and for GOOD REASON! We ordered hot jasmine tea. The miso soup was THE BEST I’ve ever had! I tried new pieces of nigiri. I was good to be able to try the scallops and the white fish without having to order a full platter of them. The tuna nigiri is and will always be my favorite! I also ordered the Darcy Roll which is in the picture I posted. Everything was so well put together and so so fresh!

This place is a hidden gem in Hiram. This was my second time visiting this location and the service and food was very good. Although the restaurant looks small, it has a very homey feeling and the workers are very attentive. I think they may also be the owners but not sure. They make sure we stayed full on our drinks without having to ask and even gave us a complimentary appetizer for my party of 6. We also ordered the shrimp dumpling appetizer and it was very yummy. I ordered the teriyaki salmon with fried rice and the portions were very generous for the price.

Me and my family recently visited this place and it didn't let us down! Now I will say that the waitress seemed to have an attitude or maybe just having a bad day. But the food made up for it.. The miso and seafood soups were both very good!! We also had the yami chicken and veggie rolls for apps and they were both very tasty! The sushi was fresh and very good and the prices were also. We had tuna and salmon rolls, sea world rolls and rainbow rolls lobster tempura rolls.. Delicious.. The owner was very sweet also.. We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back.. I recommend this place 100%!
