Lastly, the Idli Vada combo was a total comfort meal. The idlis were soft and fluffy, just like in South India, and the vadas were golden and crispy on the outside with a delightful, warm center. Amazing Dosa & More! A Hidden Gem in Syracuse! Just had to rave about a fantastic dosa cart I stumbled upon in Syracuse! The food was absolutely incredible - authentic Indian flavors that had me blown away. I tried the dosa, idly, medu vada, and masala vada, and each one was bursting with flavor. It was clear everything was made fresh and with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the delicious food, the people running the cart were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offer a student discount, which is always appreciated! I enjoyed the experience so much that I ordered extra to take home and savor later.
