Better than a cookie chain (insomnia/crumbl) because the cookies taste HOMEMADE. This place is doing it right. From the drinks to the cookies. We tried the chocolate PB cookie, banana pudding, orange n cream and peanut milk. All fantastic! Westcott Cookie Company is located where the old Strong Hearts was on E. Genesee St. It’s in the same place as Rai’s Dough (another yummy food spot).

This place is a gem with amazing cookies and handcrafted drinks.They are the perfect combo of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors were so good. I am so glad we got to try the oatmeal raisin cookie because I think it is the best I have ever had! The prices are pretty reasonable considering how massive they are- one cookie can easily be shared! We also ordered the frozen hot chocolate, which was like a super creamy milkshake and also super yummy. I will definitely be back, thanks for organizing this and for the chance to try this place out! I wish Chris and team at Westcott Cookie Company much success! I will be back to try the banana pudding and other fancy drinks!

Best spot for a sweet cookie treat after dinner downtown. Will be back soon. Highly recommend the Molasses cookies.

I have the pleasure of knowing Chris personally, and I can tell you that every cookie is not just baked with love— it’s imbued tranquility and an appreciation for the joys of life. There is no comparison to these flavors in all of Syracuse, and I hope you get the chance to talk to him about baking and enjoy his delicious products. Also great bargain— each normal sized Westcott cookie feels like 2 or 3 regular sized cookies!
