UPDATE!! 02/21/2026 I just ordered food from here for the last time today, and it was the worst I have ever had. Everything, from the chow mein to the fried rice, was completely bland. I called them back to complain, but the lady insisted that the food was properly seasoned, which it clearly was not. After I got off the phone, I found two hairs in my fried rice—one of which I pulled out of my mouth before throwing up. Finding hair in my food is the worst thing to me and completely ruined my appetite for the entire day. I didn’t even bother calling back because she would have denied it anyway. As regular paying customers, this is unacceptable. Great food and great service. Idk why some of these people are complaining about. Some of the better Chinese food I’ve eaten in a long time.

I have lived at my location for 12 years. I have been ordering from here for maybe 10 years now. It’s always been so great. I have probably spent in that amount of time maybe thousands of dollars. For some reason when I ordered this time there wasn’t really any flavor in the food and the meat was really chewy. 10 years. One time it’s eh. Maybe I’m being crazy but I had to come on here and make a review. This place is the best. One time they mess up but hey. That’s saying something. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews. Whoever is making those is crazy. Again. I am a 10 year customer. One time it was eh. Every other time is was 10/10. The portion size is incredible. I FOUND A COCKROACH IN MY FOOD! SEE THE PICTURE! When I called to complain, the guy that answered the phone said, "Okay, thank you." and hung up. I should've known. The delivery driver couldn't open the door to our office. It says "pull". She kept PUSHING! The Receptionist had to get up to open the door.

I stopped by after a strenuous hike (Frenchman) for a quick bite. The portion size was humongous and the service was good too. I promised to bring over friends next time I'll do the same hike.
