ordered chicken parm and french fries. nice seeded roll, crunchy crust soft and chewy interior. chicken was breaded and cut into strips, melted mozzarella, and generous amount of red sauce (quality san marzano). fries are fresh cut cooked in peanut oil like i like. looking forward to trying the other subs. update 2/27- came back for cheesesteak, so good. right up there with Frank’s. My only gripe, I like cherry pepper relish hots vs banana peppers. cannoli also 🔥.

Mamma Roma in Hunt Valley is an underhyped gem. Absolutely the best cheesesteak in the 21030 - peep the pic! The toasted ham & cheese was quite tasty. When you visit, don't skip the fries - freshly handcut & fried to order - good with ketchup, but I wish malt vinegar was a condiment option IFKYK.

I was craving an authentic Italian cold cut. Searched on my phone for cold cuts near me. Holy Smokes did Mama Roma deliver. I will be back. Friendly service and clean space.

Mark my words, this place will put Subway out of business. I was craving a cold cut, and Mamma Roma delivered above and beyond what I was expecting. Not only was the sandwich clearly made from scratch with fresh ingredients, but also had the most vibrant flavoring I’ve ever had in a cold cut. I talked with the owner while I was there and felt very welcomed and respected. Awesome atmosphere and spectacular food at a great price point. Don’t waste your money at fast food places, get good quality food here for the same price. I WILL RETURN!

Exceeding expectations with delicious and quality food. I work right down the road and wish this was in my office building. Subs are the best in the area, amazing bread and well proportioned. Joe is exceptionally welcoming, you feel like you are in his home kitchen and his staff is very friendly. Just try it, you won’t be upset. Very very good!
