Mama's Kitchen Taiwanese Food

The sweet and sour ribs and sweet and sour pork here are absolutely outstanding. The sauce is perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, not too sour — and coats every piece beautifully. The ribs are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor without being greasy. The sweet and sour pork is just as good: juicy, well-fried, and evenly glazed with that classic tangy sauce that tastes truly homemade. Portions are generous, quality is consistent, and everything comes out fresh and hot. If you’re craving authentic, comforting Taiwanese-style sweet and sour dishes, this place is a must-try.

Mama’s Kitchen is truly a 5/5 restaurant. We have been going here for many years, and the quality of the food has never disappointed. Their prices are very fair, and the service is just as excellent. I highly recommend anyone who wants to experience authentic Taiwanese food to come try here!

Grabbing a quick lunch at super h mart food court. This place is awesome. The price is inexpensive. Portion is big. And the quality of food is good.

A famous local restaurant. Locals come here to enjoy their Asian food cravings. It supposedly offers Korean food, but it is mixed of Korean or Chinese food. The style or quality of Korean food is not expected as one in Korea or in Korea town. None of them tastes like Korean food. The tastes and styles were tailored to locals. Very friendly staff, and I can tell a Korean lady worked hard and received respect from locally. She supports local colleges, and mama kim is a part of Charleston.
