I am delighted to find fresh soul food in the area after recently moving back from Florida. You ladies went above and beyond for little ol me making sure I was fed the freshest veggies today. 🙏 I will be back often. I can taste the love in the food. Thank you!!

This was my 2nd time to go out of my way when traveling through Milledgeville so that we could eat at Mama J’s. Definitely worth a little side trip. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The down home atmosphere is sure to please. The price was very reasonable and we had plenty of food.

The fried chicken for me seemed to have been cooked awhile. The chicken dressing was over cooked and dry. I got a burt corner piece. No gravy. The sweet potato casserole was good. Didn't like the flat roll
