Malu Cat Cafe

It was a great experience. Nice and quiet atmosphere, cats were nice and came right up to you, and they seem well cared for. I highly recommend coming up here yourself to see how it is rather than taking the bad reviews' words for it. My friends and I loved it.

This is a cat Cafe as the name implies. You schedule your time and sign a waiver right online. You can pay that way too or you can walk in but you may have to wait for your scheduled time if busy. We were early for ours but got right in. Barista brought our drinks and we got to sit and interact with the cats. They are up for adoption too! Ton of fun. Will definitely be back. Should definitely check it out.

I came with my sister today and it was so cute. The employee was extremely sweet and we felt bad for her she had to deal with a really rude family. Like why are you here with 10 kids knowing they won’t behave. Excluding that it was amazing and the matcha is to die for 💕💗💞

I wanted to love this place but after seeing how terrified the cats were because of all the screaming children, I couldn’t help but feel sad for them. The worker in the room was trying her best to get the kids to quiet down and be gentle with them, but the parents were not parenting as they should have been. I think this should be an only kids 12 and older thing for the safety and sanity of these poor cats. These are living beings that are sensitive to noise and have boundaries of their own. I feel the customers are not considering this when dumping their children there and letting them run wild. Not only were they visibly irritated and trying to hide from these kids, almost all of the long haired cats had mats in their fur. I have a specialty cat myself and they require a lot of care for

I love this place more than anything, but the music is horribly loud with the hard floors. It is an echo chamber and way too loud. I can’t imagine the older cats like it either because my senior kitty hates loud music and noises. Cats are so sensitive. Please turn it down because it breaks my heart to think the older unadoptable Scottish folds and other cats you have there need to live with such loud music every day. It would be one thing if it were fully carpeted with frequency absorption on the walls, but I’m too sensitive for the loud environment, and I worry the beautiful cats you have there wish it were quieter as well.
