Floor plan is a little awkward. Reminds me a house converted to be apartments. Some of the floors are not level. There are several small steps, easy to stub toes or just trip over. The water is very hard and stinks of sulfur, feels very slimy in the shower. There was an annoying alarm/red light on the south side one night. Some of the furniture is quite worn. My bed was very squeaky.
