Delona Restaurant

First visit for this reboot with the new owner and menu. Great, friendly service. Had a little scone come with my coffee, kind of cool. Had the breakfast skillet... not your average diner fare. Farm to table fresh style with different flavor than your normal up here but really tasty. Good bacon, different style link sausage. Bigger than normal, natural style casing. Not too sure if I'm a fan but ok. Wife had cinnamon roll French toast. I had a taste and holy wah! That is a sweet treat! I'll definitely be back!

What a great place for breakfast! We came here twice during our stay in the UP. If you are looking for great, homemade comfort food this is the place. Best country fried steak I have had since moving north. Cinnamon roll pancakes are amazing. Omelets are all delicious. If you are in the area give Delona restaurant a try. Service was friendly, quick and efficient.

Yummm! This place was as delicious as the photos made it look. The wait was a bit long due to only one cook but they gave us a heads up which was appreciated. For one cook I'm really impressed by the quality of food. Plus the portions are quite large! Next time we're in town we'll be sure to stop back.

Fantastic breakfast! I had the chicken fried steak. The breading was very good and the sausage gravy was on point. This place was recommended to me by a local and I'm glad I went.

Heard nothing but good things about Delona Restaurant so I went this morning with my daughter and son in law. You can always tell if the food is good based on the parking lot. And it was nice and full. When I enter a restaurant I like to look around a bit and they had nice pictures on the walls, nice decor, a pleasant atmosphere, the welcoming kind. The waitress took no time in giving us their menu and asking us what we wanted to drink. I ordered the breakfast platter which had three eggs, one sausage, two slices bacon and a half slice of ham with hash browns and two slices toast. My breakfast was very good. The breakfast sausage said it was homemade and boy was it delicious! I think the sausage was my favorite! Who doesn't love good sausage YUM! Can't wait to stop again next time for dinn
