Makris Diner

I took my wife type individual here to get breakfast Sunday. We went at a traditional time, but this place actually has All-Day Breakfast as well as All-Day Lunch. I had my usual, go-to choice of a Wild Western Omelet. It was tasty. We want to come here again to get some great Polish food for lunch in the near future. I placed a pickup order from MAKRI’s and was really disappointed by the lack of basic essentials. I ordered an omelette and pancakes (chocolate and banana), and not only was there no salt, pepper, ketchup, or utensils included—but they also forgot maple syrup and butter for the pancakes. I also asked for two waters and didn’t receive either. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone told me I had to specifically ask for syrup, butter, and utensils. That just doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve never had to request syrup with pancakes or utensils with a pickup order from any diner before. The food itself was decent, but the lack of care and customer service really soured the experience. A little common sense and customer consideration would go a long way here.

I didn't want to review this diner but was so not happy with food had to say something. Had breakfast here 2 eggs hash browns sausage. Tomato juice. Wife had pretty much same thing. First off sausage had no seasoning no taste. Hashbrowns some were chewy, tomato juice tasted bad. Eggs were fine. Im not sure what kind of sausage it is but no for us. Chewy Hashbrowns is a big no no! Service was fine, just the food we will not be back again.

I have omlet with mushrooms and home fries and was delicious 😋 been stopping by few time a year when in in the area and always have great experiences! Highly recommend to everyone! BTW they serve real Polish kielbasa 😊

Ordered makris omelets and blintzes plus hot tea and were delicious. The diner is clean, service is great and the environment was so cozy. So glad we got to try it out
