Main Street Coffee & Ice Cream

My family and I are here on Vacation and we all love coffee, well the kids love ice cream. How amazing is it that we found a one stop. Not only was it great for a family with little ones and adults to enjoy a drink or a cup of what appears to be a really good ice cream. I can only speak for the great atmosphere and my delicious Chi Latte. Having been a barista myself I think I’m qualified to say this. It was the best chi latte I’ve had since I made them myself. Highly recommend.

Great little meet up spot for girls and grands. Across from Rutherfordton Children’s Museum and half mile from local playground park. Easy on street parking, lots of ice cream choices for the kiddos plus amazing variety of coffee drinks and nondairy options including an oat milk ice cream flavor daily if you can have that.

The best ice cream I ever had! It’s a cozy and delicious place to spend your afternoon.

I wish this coffee shop was a little more family friendly instead of trendy. I enjoyed the latte and the baked goods, but having music playing with foul language while a child was present was not a good experience. I mentioned it to the barista and she apologized but still not good. I hope this was only a bad choice of an employee and not the norm.

Main Street is our favorite local ice cream shop. We got at least once a week with the kids! Very friendly service and a great selection. It’s great to get coffee or ice cream and sit by the big window or take it outside into the courtyard nearby. Also, they recently rebranded and they have really cute merch. Picked up t-shirts for the kids!
