So healthy and delicious! Service was great! Atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing, AND THE FOOD — the food and service was amazing! I am typically not a big granola girl BUT THE GRANOLA was truly the best I have and made me like granola again!! Great size portion, everything was amazing! Thank you!

With health being more important than ever, Main Squeeze delivers fresh, high-quality products made daily—and all with great energy and vibes. I started with the Happy Place smoothie, a ginger shot, and the Recovery juice, and everything tasted as good as it made me feel. Highly recommend checking it out before the word spreads and there’s a line out the door. Definitely a 5-star spot.

I love coming here. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is always fast, warm and welcoming. I’ve tried about four different smoothies so far, and every single one has been delicious. The smoothies are thick but still easy to drink, and you’ll definitely find yourself coming back for more. I downloaded the app to order ahead and earn points, and the $5 off for first-time users was a nice bonus. I’ll keep coming back whenever I can, and I really hope this business continues to grow and stay around for a long time.

Awesome smoothie spot, my second time here & the hospitality is great! Love the fact it’s in downtown Bridgeport I don’t have to travel far for a healthy drink! California breeze is my go to, definitely recommend!

This business is not only beautiful. & welcoming. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Smoothies are delicious. If you’re looking for a healthy option this is the place to go and guess what. They’re Black owned!!! I’ll be back :-)
