Only place in the city that ships DHL.. THANK YOU MAIL VAULT...

I've gone to print documents, get copies, and send mail through the postal service, all at this location. The lady at the counter helped me with everything, with great common sense and really helpful with everything I had to send. Thank you!

From the beginning, the front desk guy had an attitude and was rude. When I asked for a receipt, he said I didn't need, and suggested I take a picture of the shipping labels. I said I had copies of the labels on my phone and I didn't need them. I requested a drop-off receipt and received a piece of paper with a stamp. I was shipping something with DHL and one with UPS. The place is very outdated and wouldn't even provide a shipping confirmation like at your normal UPS store. Long story short the DHL package was supposed to ship to the UK, but was instead shipped to the wrong location. The items were expensive and are now lost. The same with the UPS package, was shipped to the wrong location, and those items are also lost. I'm now dealing with both vendors to see if they can refund me.

Went here for I9 verification. The guy had NO CLUE what he was doing. He was scanning one of my visas as my passport page, then entering all the wrong numbers and when i pointed out he was doing it all wrong he started showing attitude, threw my card to the floor and asked me not to tell him how to do his job which he CLEARLY didn't know how to do. HORRIBLE experience! He needs training on how to verify documents and on how to talk to people! I have no idea how he was given the job when he doesn't have a clue about the process or which numbers go where. Save your time and go somewhere else specially if you have a foreign passport.

Love this place. Always friendly, one stop for all shipping, mailing needs. So much better than the post office!
