Last minute stop. No curtain. Had to tack it up myself. Locked out of room twice by lock, no remote to use tv no bible. Gave me already occupied room, key opened door and all. Very disappointed. Towels and tp just thrown in bed as she opened it for me

Need to update the hotel. The rooms were terrible, with no phones, and the doors to the rooms had gaps underneath them. Had flies and dead roaches. The pictures they show are not real.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped here with my wife and kids about 2am. Went in, got a room. When we went to the room, the only working light was the bathroom light. There was was some thick, dried substance covering the tv screen. My shoe soles got cover in some kind of sticky goo from walking through the room. I immediately went back to the office and asked for a refund. The back of the receipt says you have 30 minutes to request a refund if the room is not satisfactory. The clerk said ok, the manager will issue it in the morning. It has been 5 days of repeated calls and they are refusing to issue my refund!

Magnolia Inn in Holly Springs, MS is the place for you if you enjoy any or all of the following: - Being haggled by 3 different men at 3am for a cigarette. - Sleeping with it being 80+ degrees due to the air not working - Smelling odors equivalent of that to someone stuck in the Sahara without deodorant - Being asked to take a man to the gas station at 3am and him becoming increasingly irate when you say no to the point he yells out to a group of a few others just congratulating in the parking lot (yes, still 3 am) about how there is a real POS in Room 211. - Politely asking for a refund after waiting for 45 minutes to see if the air would ever kick on and feeling rather uncomfortable by the situation, Only to be told to come back tomorrow and see a manager… which I did - The manager tell

Worst place ever..dirty..bed bugs..blood on mattress..room smells of pot! Gave us a hard time when we wanted our money back because of horrible conditions. Never gave us a refund..hateful check in person! Never go there. They have done this for along time cheating people. Turning them n to health department and better business bureau!
