Maggio's Restaurant, Bar & Ballroom

This was my first visit to Maggio's. With the understanding that they're renovating the restaurant, we sat in the bar area for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday afternoon. The service was excellent. With an atmosphere like this, you kinda expect 'bar food' but it is a restaurant in transition. The food was excellent and better than we had expected. I'm only giving them 4 stars, for now, because the entrance opens directly to the outside and, when it's 20F out, we didn't need those blasts of cold air. That entrance should be locked during extreme cold weather. In summation, excellent food, very good prices and we'll definitely be returning.

We have been going to Maggios for years and it was always one of our favorite happy hours. We went yesterday and we're so disappointed. They said they didn't change the menu but 5 of our favorite happy hour items are now gone and the food we did get was not great. Such a shame. They do have great deals on the prices at happy hour but the food selection has definitely changed and not in a good way. We're hoping maybe when the construction is finished it will be better.

My apologies to Sam and Maggio's. This review was meant for the Lederach Tea Room. I was at a reception and I thought Maggio's did a terrific job. Sorry Sam.

Went twice in the past few weeks and on both visits we enjoyed our meals and our wait staff. Burgers are always good and so is the chicken parm. They always have some kind of special going on and on Sundays, burgers are $10! We will be back again

I have eaten here many times over the years. Food is always tasty. Drinks are excellent. They have a chocolate strawberry milkshake on the menu. DELICIOUS a must have. Absolutely love the stromboli.
