MAD Greens - South Austin

I had an amazing first experience at Mad Greens thanks to Chris, John, and Ariel! They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Their great attitudes and excellent service really made my visit stand out. It’s not often you meet a team that works so well together and makes you feel taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back , thanks for making my first visit such a great one!

The salad is good but what I ordered was a Caesar salad allegedly with a twist.. it’s a plot twist because it tastes just like a regular Caesar salad. My biggest issue with this salad is the price point for 14$ I expect a lot of lettuce . Lettuce is cheap and so is this company because tell me why the HEB or Walmart salads have 3 to 4 times the lettuce this place does and those salads are 6$. I eat salads all the time and there’s really nothing special about it them besides having 2 different kinds of croutons.. I get side salads at restaurants with more lettuce. Husband ordered the southwest bowl and he said it was really good so there’s that. But definitely won’t be getting salads from here again

The quality of the food has been fantastic each time I visit. The staff, needs to be recognized beyond simply stating they are great. Each visit, regardless whom takes my order, they do not hesitate to help one another with ongoing orders. There is always laughter & positive vibes. The eating area inside or outside is usually clean, so there’s plenty of choices for seating. It’s worth checking out.

The staff at this location is AWESOME! We were greeted immediately on arrival, as were all other patrons. Each staff member had a great sunny personality and seemed happy to be working together. I wasn’t crazy for the chicken in my spicy bacon bowl, but the whipped feta dip & herbed focaccia is a MUST and for $5 you cannot beat it. It’s so nice to go to a place & the staff be genuinely nice and have real personalities. It makes dining out a fun experience .

I visited on Sunday and left disappointed. It feels like they put less than a scoop. The avocado was so brown I had to skipped it, and the feta had bits of red onion. It seems like they don’t really care about quality or details. Felt it was kinda expensive for the salad I received.. Service was good but felt rushed
