Macros Healthy Restaurant

We needed something quick to eat while in the Glastonbury area, so we decided to check out this newly opened spot. The workers were friendly and helped walk us through their menu, and they also brought the macro calculator to our attention, which is such a useful tool. We enjoyed our salad, wrap, steak bowl, and electrolyte drinks!

I've heard about this place when I was look around the area for different food as I have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Decided to stop in here and see this keto bowl for myself. Wow... Good amount of food. Everything was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot perfectly. The staff were extremely nice. I will definitely be a regular here.

Macros absolutely nailed it. Grabbed the quick healthy protein bowl and it was exactly what I needed—fresh, flavorful, and actually filling without feeling heavy. You can tell the ingredients are quality and thoughtfully put together. Perfect spot when you want to eat clean but don’t want boring food. Fast, easy, and dialed in. I’ll definitely be back.

Five stars across the board! I got a keto bowl today and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly — they greet you as soon as you walk in, which I really appreciate. This is one of my favorite lunch spots and I go almost every week. There are so many great options to choose from, whether you’re following a certain diet or just want a healthy, satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on their health journey or simply looking for a healthy lunch or dinner. I also love that they recently added a rewards program — such a great bonus!

Founded by a local family, Macros is one of those places that instantly feels like it’s run with heart — warm, welcoming, and focused on honest food. They take the food noise out of the equation and make it easy to eat clean. Whether you’re tracking macros or just trying to eat a little cleaner (that’s me!), Macros quickly becomes a comforting part of your weekly routine. My fav is the Keto bowl!
