M Sushi Bistro

The food here is excellent 🍣 — fresh, flavorful, and high quality. After living in Japan, I can confidently say this sushi is among the best you’ll find in the area. The rolls were delicious and well-prepared, and the overall menu is impressive. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. After waiting over 20 minutes to be seated, we ordered drinks and two sushi rolls. Our server (working near the wine glass section) did not confirm the order. When only one roll arrived, she stated she had only entered one item and showed visible annoyance rather than offering an apology or explanation 😕 Re-ordering the second roll took an additional 30+ minutes. Small cozy vibe restaurant with friendly staff. Pan fried vegetarian udon was super, the sauce was a bomb and it blended in well cooked udon perfectly. Salmon teriyaki bento with spicy tuna was okay; salmon was well seasoned but a bit dry to me. I would want to try oyster shot next time. The menu was creative and plenty options for vegetarian. Highly recommend.

Wow! This is the shortest review I have done. Amazing. Don't hesitate, just go! Well mannered pet friendly, The owner even brought dog treats over for a dog.

This is by far the best sushi restaurant we have found in the Lodi California area! Staff is incredibly friendly & upbeat Sushi, sashimi and all food is fresh and beautifully presented Full bar Can be busy at peak hours So go early If not it is definitely worth the wait
