M and R Smokey BBQ

I admittedly am picky with what BBQ I like. Born and raised in Texas gave me plenty of opportunities to cultivate my taste for it and I realize good BBQ can be acquired all over the country. When it comes to Central Oregon M&R are the best I have had and they make their own sides, no pre-made shite. They are a regular stop for my family. If you don't know what a Texas Twinky is, go find out at their place. You won't be disappointed.

M&R BBQ is hands down the best BBQ in Oregon. My husband is born and raised in Texas and very picky when it comes to BBQ — and M&R absolutely nails it every time!! Everything we have tried is mouth watering, slap yo grandma good and Texas approved. You seriously can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. 5 stars all day long!

We had the best breakfast burritos today, with definitely the freshest ingredients! When you are in Lapine, you have to stop and order. Also, their BBQ sandwiches are flavorful, you have to try their sauces, then you can buy a jar to take home! You also can't go wrong with their Burnt Ends, but get there early, they sell out! Thank you ladies for a great breakfast and lunch!

I'm very picky about my food and they were very kind letting me try things and letting me know what's in it. I was very impressed by there service and food it was amazing and there BlackBerry BBQ sauce is delicious!!! I had the smoke stack with the blackberry BBQ sauce and the scallop potatoes and it was soo good I definitely recommend eating there I know I will be!!!!

Excellent food, friendly folks, great service. We stopped for lunch on a long road trip and it was such a great choice!
