Hunan Chinese Restaurant

5 stars all around! Quality food and generous portions. I was impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency of the family who runs the restaurant. They had lots of pick-up orders, but they didn't miss a beat with anything. Kudos!! I'll be back for more!

I ordered three meals to go, all were not very well received. One order was general tso's chicken. I should have known something was off when the girl asked if I wanted beef. The food was pretty bad, my chicken was some sort of teriyaki possibly, not sure. Ordered fried rice with the meals, got charged extra and they didn't bother to mention that over order is a sides dish that can feed three. Not a place I will go back to, which is unfortunate since it's close.

Ordered take out of chicken and broccoli along with shrimp chow mein. Had an order mishap but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. They still are the best Chinese restaurant in town.

This is my dad's favorite restaurant and grew up going here at least once a month. I'm the last ten years I've been all over the state. Hadn't been to Hunan in years and decided to stop in and get food with a friend and I think it's still the best Chinese restaurant in the state. Affordable prices, portions are big enough I always take leftovers home, and there's usually a kid doing homework in one of the booths so you know it's good 😂

Friendly, affordable for lunch, yummy, big portions. I eat here multiple times a week while we build the nearby health center.
