Lupitas Mexican Restaurant

We were driving through Kennett on New Years Eve—-stopped as we drove by. Very nice, comfortable family place. Very clean—exceptional service. You can tell it's a family place with lots of regular customers. Nearly everyone that came in was met by one of the staff knowing them by name—-”hello, Mr Smith””—-”hi Greg, how's your mom doing.” Nice extensive menu, including nice kids menu. Food was good. Appreciate that the lettuce and Pico were very fresh. Great experience, highly recommend. All 4 in our family were very happy.

Came in after a sweaty workout, but was still greeted kindly and seated. Chips and salsa came out quickly, and were good. Ordered a la carte 2 soft taco, one with beef and the other with chicken. Chicken taco was surprisingly delicious! Tender and juicy even though it was shredded. Beef was good, but the chicken was better. All that for $5.46 with tax! Can't beat it. Would come back for sure.

This is a great restaurant. We followed the lead of the reviews and all was exceptional. We enjoyed a variety of the entries! Mango Margaritas were also fantastic. Salsa is a little spicy and we loved it. The Maya Dip was excellent. Will definitely go back.

Welcomed warmly with a warm bowl of chips and salsa. The food is really good. I recommend the fiesta platter if you want to sample everything. The chili rellanos and tamales are the best I’ve had. I have leftovers for two days for less than $20. They don’t have flan any longer, unfortunately.

My wife and I stooped in for a quick lunch. She had the fajita taco salad, and I had the Birrias tacos. Super yummy. Well cleaned. Didn’t offer any adult beverages yet. But worth the stop if you want some good authentic Mexican dishes.
