I rarely find myself in this part of town, but fate (and a rumbling stomach) led me to Lupita's while I was waiting for someone. A quick Google search pointed me in their direction, and let me tell you, it was a culinary revelation. For a mere $17, I indulged in a trio of delights: street tacos, birria, and a gordita. Let's start with the street tacos – picture tender, juicy meat nestled in warm, pillowy tortillas, each bite bursting with authentic flavor. Then came the birria, a rich, savory stew of slow-cooked meat, so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The consommé, oh, the consommé! Rich and flavorful, perfect for dipping the tacos. This place is the definition of a "hole in a wall" gem. The birria tacos were absolutely amazing and all the street tacos were so authentic. It satisfied our cravings especially coming back from mexico. Highly recommend!
