The Ropa and the green curry chicken are my absolute favorite meals since I’ve been eating these meals I am now down 10 pounds in 1 month! These meals keep me on track!

I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!

I thought this place was a full menu meal prep company. I was wrong!! The pictures show full meals, but the website only showed meat and vegetable options. There are no actual meals! All I can say is this, the pictures they post is false advertisement. The food is definitely directed towards those who work out or don't want options. After all that, I tried the chicken, and protein waffles. DRY! No flavor. Such a disappointment. This is not for someone that wants a breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal. I suggest going to Fitlife Foods or Clean Eatz. They have actual meals and flavor.

My husband and I are on a fitness journey and needed a healthy meal prep option while visiting the area. So glad we stumbled upon lunafit fresh!! The food was fresh & tasty w so many options, we enjoyed having it everyday of our four day vacation!!

Food is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. Strongly recommend this place. Mick was on the ball and had answers to all my questions.
