Lula’s Tamales

Wow! I could stop there but I won't. First, the staff is awesome! Beautiful, friendly, and they can cook! My wife had the tamales with a bowl of chili. The best chili I've ever tasted that wasn't strictly homemade. I had pork in sauce with beans and rice, along with corn tortillas and a flour tortilla. I guess you could eat better Mexican food but you would have to be invited to their house! The meat was tender and the sauce is perfectly seasoned! The beans were, well, they were beans. Good but just beans. And the rice was about the same. However, if you desire real, authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. Wow, wow, wow! Very nice, quaint "foodie paradise" with homemade tamales. Their salsa was the perfect addition to a very friendly atmosphere. Feels like walking into your own family's kitchen 😋 Worthy of the wait for delicious food 😄

my Partner stopped on his way home and bought her out of all the tamales she had (about 2 dozen) they were so incredibly good we were fighting over the last ones! Highly recommend!
