Ludlow Public Works Department

Absolutely no help! Just bought my house in Ludlow and the previous owner never paid the yearly fee. My trash hasn't been picked up for over a month, they havnt sent a single letter in the mail, when I call all the tell me to do is call my Attorney who I bought the house with. Really puts a bad taste in my mouth about moving to Ludlow.

When I am out running at 5 or 5:30 am I am so amazed at the diligence of our DPW because they spread salt early before the bad freezing rains and other dangerous conditions and this makes such a difference for the safely of our roads. Very grateful for their hard work and the difference they make in keeping anyone traveling through Ludlow safe.

Unfortunately, each time I call to look into my billionth trash bill I've received AND paid for, no one is ever available to take my call.

Trash pick up Was notified july 23 that town Dpw as of august 2nd no longer picking up trash at my 4plax Thanks for heads up My tax monies at work good job

You try to go the legal way of disposing of trash but they won't help..customer service is so bad
