Atmosphere: 5/5 Lucile’s has a phenomenal New Orleans vibe. The space is cool, laid-back, and surprisingly spacious. Even though it was busy, we never felt rushed, which made for a really relaxing meal. The Food & Service: 4/5 The service was excellent from start to finish. They don't take reservations, so expect a wait—ours was quoted at 20–30 minutes, though we were lucky and got seated in about 15. There is a nice outdoor seating area to soak up the sun while you wait. • Cheese Omelette: Delicious and well-cooked. My only gripe is the $1-per-vegetable add-on fee, which felt a bit steep for a veggie omelette. • Potatoes: Perfectly seasoned! • The Secret Weapon: You have to try their homemade hot sauce. It really set the whole meal off perfectly. • The Biscuit: Huge, fluffy, and fantastic

The food was much better than expected! Usually creole/cajun food in Colorado isn't great, so it was great getting good gumbo! The biscuits and biegnets were delicious too. My husband also liked his shrimp and grits. We'll definitely be back! I didn't love the red beans and rice, but that's always hit or miss.

lucilles has our heart. we tried the one in boulder and it was ok but this one wholy mackeral its right down the road from aspen grove and its got all the creole lousianna southern vibes going. all of the locations are in old houses and that takes the charm level waaaaay up. we arrived about 15 minutes early and my kids and i sat and played with a mr potato head while we waited. we had shrimp and grits, beinets, and some special that starts with r. that special dear lord jesus the way the sauce paired with the collards. im a happy chick. as per usual they have homemade jams. my cousin had a po boy that also got my attention that thing was a monster!

This is my second time dining here (previously at another location), and once again everything was great. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly. I absolutely love the beignets!

Everything about this place hit!! The homemade ketchup is definitely IT!!! New Orleans French toast as good. Next time I'm in Denver I will definitely be stopping by again!! Also the bloody Mary, spicy pickle style was the go to!!
