Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Living out of town we love getting Lou’s when in visiting with family. Lou’s spinach deep dish and the Lou’s salad are perfect meals. Love having this takeout option and all the frozen pizzas to go as well. As a note this is a take out / delivery location only. I didn’t see any seating like Lakeside.

Great service. Well done was actually well done. Bella was friendly and helpful and gave me tips to keep my heart shaped pizza the freshest ❤️🍕 She also walked my carry out order out to my car.

Picked up today right before the Bears game. The place was packed with people waiting for their order but the staff was amazing. Super courteous and friendly. Kudos to them! Didn’t need to wait long at all.

The pizza arrived 20 minutes late after I was the third stop. When I open the box, this is how the pizza looked. I called to complain about the pizza and asked to speak to a manager, but was informed that I would have to wait in an additional 20 minutes because the manager was busy working on “paperwork”. I will never order from this location again and recommend others do the same

I stopped going years ago after 3 incorrect orders in a row, but I just tried them again and the pizza was fine, though the crust was a little crunchier than I would have preferred.
