Lou Ees

Don’t order from Louees pizza in Hamburg. They messed up our order 3-4 times and we said no bacon in our meat lovers Stromboli. Now they banned my bf from ordering just cause he wanted to complain that it’s messed up. They also messed up his name in receipt. This is ridiculous 😡

Everything we ordered was fantastic, but the garlic parmesan crust really stole the show. Perfectly seasoned, buttery, and packed with flavor without being overpowering. The wings were just as impressive—crispy, juicy, and tossed in a sauce that actually delivers on flavor. The buffalo specialty pizza was the perfect balance of heat and tangy buffalo sauce with plenty of toppings. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

This isn’t just a pizza restaurant—this is the pizza place. From the first bite, it’s clear that every detail is done to perfection. The crust is a masterpiece: perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. The sauce tastes fresh, rich, and balanced like it was made that morning, and the cheese? Melted to absolute perfection, with just the right stretch every time. Every slice feels like it was crafted by people who truly love pizza. The flavors are bold, unforgettable, and somehow better with every bite. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is outstanding, and the food alone is worth going out of your way for. If pizza had a gold standard, this place would be it. Once you eat here, every other pizza will feel like a downgrade. Hands down the best pizza in the world.

I love Lou Ees! They have great cheese pizza with a substantial crust and they have the BEST specialty pizza (Hawaiian, bbq chicken, bacon chicken ranch etc.). I have not been able to find a better buffalo chicken pizza anywhere so far. LOU Ees is at the top! We drive here from our home 30 minutes away when we are really in the mood for pizza with good toppings and we make it a point to stop if we are passing through Hamburg and need a bite. Not much space to dine-in though so plan to sit outside or in your car! Better for take out.
