Los Panchos

So happy to have this tasty spot in town. We've been here many times and today I tried the tamales and a margarita for the first time both were delicious!

Came in an ordered, the girl wasn’t friendly what so ever. My daughter ordered a large cheese dip, the waitress brought cheese dip and left empty chips sitting for 20 minutes. Someone else at the table ordered a small cheese dip, it was never brought. We had to physically get up to go ask for more chips, and the cheese dip was cold. It was actually brought out cold. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The staff sits on their phones and pays no attention to customers. If you don’t want to wait tables get another job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat. Once our food came out my order was also incorrect. No one ever came to check to see if everything was okay so I had zero chance to tell anyone. When I went to check out she was hateful. I told her my order was wrong

We had good service here, and our waiter checked on us frequently. I had enchiladas verde, and I loved them. There isn't much appeal on the inside of the restaurant though, it doesn't look like anything special.

A nearly perfect time here! The food was spot on! The Atmosphere was almost perfect also save for the flys that got inside and was irritating the wife but that was it. The Service deserves a six star and I have never in my life said this. The man with the neck tattoos "Thrasher" was the most biggest surprise for our first time there way to go! Me and the wife set up tests when we go to eat at places and this Man here passes them all and probably did not even know he was being tested! Attentive but not crowding. Gave personal suggestions and they were outstanding selections! The cook in the back knows what he/she is doing to an artistic level. 10/10 will be back go ahead and take my money so far no place in pikevile even comes close.
