Los Jalapeños Bar & Grill

I ate here on May 24,2025 , I ordered the steak campirano. Came out looking great, tasted okay, I got full so I took the rest home. May 25,2025 I heated my food up and I took a bite out of my steak when I seen these worm looking things sticking out my steak. I instantly threw it up and come to find out they’re parasites. I went back today to show them what was in my steak and they denied that it came from their restaurant and that they don’t sell that there. They were totally unprofessional. They eventually gave me a refund but I am sick to my stomach and this needs to be reported to the health department asap!

The food is amazing here. I love the vegetarian quesadilla! It’s always a hit for us. They serve warm chips when you’re seated. It’s so crunchy and nice. I also got the virgin pina colada- DELICIOUS! My husband loved the churros with ice cream and the fried cheesecake drizzled with raspberry drizzle! The atmosphere is very nice and lively. Must try!

It was a Tuesday, so my husband and I decided to go out to lunch for tacos. Due to a recommendation for a taco shell salad, we landed at Los Jalapeños Bar & Grill. We got there just as they opened at 11am. For a little while we had the place all to our selves. However, by the time we left after the 12 o’clock hour, it started filling up. The space is quite large with fun decor, photo props, and plenty of seating at the bar or in the restaurant area itself. It was very comfortable and quiet for lunch, but I could see how it probably gets much more lively at night. They do have lunch specials, but we were really only there to try one thing – taco salads in a fried taco shell! I opted for chicken and my husband opted for steak. We had dressings on the side. Food is excellent. Margaritas are amazing. The service is extremely slow! Also, my sister and another customer had a severe allergic reaction to something there!! Had to rush out of there to get medicine to reverse effects. We narrowed it down to her severe latex allergy. Someone in the kitchen using latex gloves?? Do better Los Jalapeños or we won’t be back!!

I don't understand I ordered take out and this is what they gave me. And these tacos cause over $20 + and they gave me this. Where's the meat. Do I have to get in the restaurant to get more meat?
