The stuffed sopapillas were awesome. The service was top notch, and all the customers were very friendly. Such a great atmosphere filled with families and good cheer.

We had a great relaxing experience, Keira was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. The entire staff were very friendly. The portions were huge and delicious!

On a lunch hunt in Santa Fe, we asked Liza at the Best Western on Cerrillos for a solid local recommendation. Without missing a beat, she pointed us to Los Amigos, noting that their red chile is the only one she loves almost as much as her mother’s. Honestly, that was all we needed to hear. The moment we walked in, the place had that perfect “busy but not chaotic” energy, and we were seated right away. A friendly young man greeted us with water, chips, and salsa almost instantly. Shortly after, a stunning young woman named Vitiana arrived to take our order—and she quickly became the star of our visit. While I was initially interested in this restaurant based on photos of the food, I found the actual flavors lacking any spiciness, and it almost seemed like no salt was used anywhere. I couldn’t detect any real difference in flavor between the red and green sauces, and the beans were particularly disappointing. Service was friendly but very slow, and there was an odd, almost antiseptic smell in the main room. Marking it off my list for future visits to Santa Fe.

The food was not good at all. We ended up leavjng our food there most of which was not eaten.The place was dirty. It needed vacuuming and a deep cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been washed in years. Several employees were just sitting around talking where they could have been cleaning and earning their wages. We were so disappointed being that we had been there several times before and we enjoyed. I don't know if management changed but I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
