Amazing coffee experience at Loop for our first visit. For not being known for coffee, if you haven't been, you are definitely missing out! The staff is amazing and chatty. They have a full coffee menu featuring seasonal house made syrups which are truly on point. Iced drinks are available in 16/24 oz. The decor is nice and suddle which gives a calming effect. Prices are typical. Parking isn't an issue since its technically in a mall but its in the exterior. Definitely will be returning.

Not a place I would randomly pop into. But I liked the ambience. The perfect place if one were to write a book and get some work done. Something about the stone benches and plants gives a very cool vibe. There is a very limited menu of mainly avocado toast / smoothies etc. The soup of the day - chicken pot pie tasted home made and was actually at a good price. The service was though - differential. I walked into the store and was looked at as if I was kind of lost. I had to ask for a menu ( which was hanging on the wall ). However, I did observe the next family that walked in did get the grand welcome with directions on where to find the menu etc. Irrespective of this, the soup did taste great!

The barristas don't know how to steam milk! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Its a cute place esthetically, and the food menu looks good, but I was completely surprised when I asked if they could do a flat white or a cappuccino and the girl said no! I asked, well you have espresso right? She said yes. I said, so what you just don't know how to steam milk? And she said they aren't trained on that/can't do it! I highly recommend to the owner to properly train your poor staff because those are really super basic drinks every barrista can make (before you say you're not a coffee house; 16 yr old at Panera crush it and its the easiest thing to learn) I had to get my food to go and grab my coffee from Starbucks instead. Really, really, silly to have such an incapable staff, everyone can steam milk, come on.

Absolutely loving the upgrades made to Clifton Park’s location! Loop has been my go to for high quality coffee runs with the best vibes but their new space is beautiful! Any coffee drink is always 10/10 but the new cinnamon roll fall flavor was divine in an iced oatmilk latte! The avo toasts always deliver when I’m in the mood for something savory and when I’m in the mood for something sweet I Iove the nutty monkey bowl… it features some of the best granola I’ve ever had!

Food is bomb. Breggy X is honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches around. Bowls and oatmeals are great too. Coffee is okay. If there is one area of improvement, its this. I never get a consistent latte and its occasionally real bitter. However big props to them for making their own syrups!! I dont know if any other place in the CP area that does this.
