LongHorn Steakhouse

I absolutely Loveeee Longhorn. This is my family and I favorite place to eat. We drive up from Montgomery just to eat here. Every time I go the food is 10/10. The hostess, manager and waiters/waitresses and even the cooks love their jobs. I absolutely recommend you to come here. They will accommodate you and your family. They will make you feel welcomed here. To me this is a 5 star restaurant.

We almost always have a great time at this place. The majority of the staff are fantastic. The managers are great. The atmosphere is great. We think the carpet needs to be replaced it's old as can be and starting to smell but everything else is great. Will definitely return we eat here often.

Food is excellent. If not to your desired taste they try again and redo the meal without hesitation!

So this particular day we had a birthday dinner at the prattville location it was 13 of us they were aware of the party size however the front door worker caucasian lady with pink hair had to sit us after we had waited over 30 minutes to be seated due to capacity. She didn’t want to swap a chair for a high chair told us the limit for a party was 12 and she was very nasty with her words her energy and her facial expressions! As a server the main role of your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even when you are flustered you remain polite and pleasant but she gave all kinds of attitude and mumbling under her breath like a child! Now as for our actual server she was awesome the food was good and hot and she was such a delightful person. Moving forward I probably won’t be back because I don’t care for p
