Great service and consistently good food-even considering it was Valentines night! We had the fried shrimp appetizer (got more for our $$ than the other appetizers) and we both had ribeyes with Parmesan crusts, and they were a great cut. Nice to get a great steak! Don’t skip on the strawberry pecan salad either, worth it!

On Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my takeout order, which was scheduled to be ready at 5:15 p.m. When I checked in at the to-go area, the hostess greeted me politely and asked for the name on the order. After I provided my name, she informed me that my meal needed additional time. I waited approximately 15–20 minutes before my food was ready. While I was waiting, several other customers picking up to-go orders were complaining about the quality of their steak and stating that it had not been cooked properly. Although I understand that occasional issues can occur, hearing multiple complaints at that time was concerning and disappointing. We had a great experience tonight at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Mobile. The food was excellent and the steaks were cooked absolutely perfectly — exactly the temperature we ordered and full of flavor. Everything came out hot, well-prepared, and exactly what you hope for when you go out for a good steak dinner. Our server was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly working very hard to take care of everyone in her section. Even with a busy dining room, she stayed on top of everything and provided excellent service. What really stood out to us, though, was the table behind us. They had the same server we did and spent most of their meal loudly complaining, even while admitting that their food was good. My experience here was absolutely stellar, from the food to the exceptional service. To start, I ordered the wings which were perfectly crisp and full of flavor. For my main course, I went with the Renegade Sirloin paired with a loaded baked potato—both were delicious and incredibly satisfying. The Texas Tea was the perfect complement, with just the right balance of flavors. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed, making it an enjoyable dining experience. Our server, Craig (I believe that was his name), went above and beyond to take great care of us. His attentiveness and professionalism made the visit even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming environment, and outstanding service.
