LongHorn Steakhouse

For my first experience at Longhorn's, it was Excellent! The food was delicious, hot and served fast. The loaded baked potato was scrumptious and the molten lava cake divine! All of the food was perfect. Our server, Leonardo was everything you'd want in a server! Kudos to Longhorn's on a job we'll done.

Well this was my first time at this location, and let me tell you, the server was just terrible, the food I ordered was mediocre. I don’t know who the chef was tonight, but I’ll tell you this, they don’t know how to cook steak, I asked for my steak to be well done, the server bought me medium well done, and to top it off I had ordered seasoned fries to go with it, but they were soggy, because who ever cooked the steak did not drain the juices off the steak & had put that on top of my fries, which left them soaking wet and soggy. Then our server started out treating us okay, but all of a sudden she was just ignoring me and my friends, she never came back to the table to check on us as far as asking if we needed anything else, or even if we might want a refill on our drinks. SHE WAS AWFUL!!

Sirloin steak was flavorful and cooked nicely. The brussel sprouts were so delicious. Service was very attentive and helpful.

The first time I went, everything was very good and the atmosphere was elegant, except for the rice, which was spoiled and had a bad smell. I decided to give the restaurant another chance because I genuinely like the steak they make there and the mushroom appetizer. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We were attended by a red-haired waitress. The table was dirty when we sat down. She actually sat at our table to take our order, which was shocking and felt very disrespectful. I have never experienced something like that before. It didn’t stop there. We were never offered water or the complimentary bread. I ordered the mushrooms, and they never arrived. At the end, when I asked about them, I was told they had run out. When she brought the steak, she also brought the check and tol
