Longfellow's Coffee

I had been meaning to try this place for a while. I heard it was good, and its location was on the way to where I was heading anyway. As far as the coffee, it was delicious. Definitely expensive, probably a little more than Starbucks; but I was happy to support a small business over a chain. What I did find lacking and disappointing was their customer service. I did not arrive at a busy time, as there was only one car in front of me that was pulling away as I entered the drive thru lane. There were a few girls behind the counter who took their time to even acknowledge me. Their demeanor wasn’t particularly friendly, and I had trouble getting their attention to ask for additional things we would have liked to include. Anytime I am in the area I try to grab a coffee.....and never been disappointed always fresh and full of flavor. Please don't change a thing.

I have been coming to Long Fellows in Kinnelon for at least 8 years. Their coffee is what got me hooked but the staff is really what kept me. From Luis (now he’s at mahwah I think) , to Amanda, to Cas, to Lee and many more (I’m horrible at names)…. but those employees really are what make Long Fellows and have my loyalty. And yes the coffee is pretty amazing

We drove by this place all the time and finally had the chance to try their coffee. We love all the drive thru coffee huts on the west coast so we wanted to try our local one. I didn’t see an updated menu on maps so the prices were different (understandable). It felt a little expensive when we drove away with two medium drinks and spent $10+. The coffee tasted alright, not amazing but not bad. Our only real complaint was how flimsy and cheap the cups felt.

It's a small drive thru coffee shop that has amazing daily soups!!! Their soups are so good for breakfast. Breakfast bowls are good too. The price is a bit on the higher side but you get what you paid for. The staff are all nice and friendly.
