Baskin-Robbins

I’ve bought from here twice in the past week. Once in store I bought a mango smoothie(that should not be milk based) it had dairy in it and huge pieces of ice no big deal not what I expected but whatever. But I also bought a pre packed pralines and cream which was obviously melted and refrozen, this was sad but what ever. The. I bought a delivery order and was even more sad. I ordered two mango smoothies(which again are non dairy) and both had dairy and even worse bananas(this is a big deal to me lol I don’t like bananas) baskin robins smoothies don’t come with bananas only their milkshake do. I also ordered two scoops of ice cream which were in edible. Both flavors had a chewy film on them and tasted like they have been left on the bottom of the freezer for 5 years. The quality of baskin

this is unbelievable, me and my 2 friends wanted a nice ice cream day, first the operation hours say 5am-10pm, we try to open the door and it is locked, so we try the drive-through and it’s open! The employee wouldn’t even tell us the ice cream flavors, he said “What ever you want we have,” So we ask for birthday cake the most basic ice cream flavor. The employee responds with “We don’t have that,” which is understandable. Then we ask for icing on the cake, the employee responds with “We HAVE that,” so we proceed to the next window, we received 3 sugar free raisin ice creams. This was the opposite what we asked for, the employee was 0 help! Don’t go here! save your money!

Pretty bad service, employees can’t make any drink is just waste of time there.

I can always count on fast service and an accurate order.

They never have ice cream. They need to take the Baskin Robbins name off of this location.
