Long John Silver's

We have been to a few Long John silver's and we've been to some that have been horrid, like London Kentucky. This one is in Manchester Kentucky off 421, we walked in to see a bright very well maintained interior, clean very good service all the employees were dressed in Long John silver attire add show to complete customer service attitude. I would not hesitate to return to this restaurant, and I would recommend it to anybody who has the urge for fish in Manchester Kentucky

Maybe it's just the location but the food was SO FRESH and hot. Very good experience and I'll be back!

My Mac and cheese serving was about 3 spoonfuls, pitiful. No place to get addl napkins nor ketchup nor refills.

As a principle I don't review fast food restaurants. They are a class of themselves and we all know that the staff who work here have little autonomy and are usually paid criminally low wages. I recently experienced a particularly upsetting situation with this location that extends beyond the expected shenanigans of fast food. I ordered two #10 meals and one Chicken Sea Share. Despite being the only customer in the drive through, I was parked and waited for about 15 minutes for my food. I don't live in town and I didn't arrive home until around 9PM, which is when this store closes. Upon arriving home I found that one of my #10 meals was forgotten. Staff was very nice but they were extremely short staffed. I waited 27 minutes for them to bring my food out and they brought out the wrong thing 3 times! The 3rd time I realize they had forgotten cocktail sauce, so I eventually had to end up going in and waiting longer for that. What should have only taken me 10-15 minutes it took me 40 minutes to get my meal. :( the people that were working we’re very very sweet and we’re doing their best, considering there was only two of them.
