Long John Silver's

06/09/2024 Decided on Long Johns on our way home. Service was great. It being a Sunday we opted for the all you can eat Fish and chicken special which also comes with two sides and hush puppies. It is a great deal even if you only eat the one plate. It was more than I could finish. Food was brought out within a reasonable time. Fresh out of the fryer hot. We brought home a couple of the chocolate cheesecake slices for dessert. My lower rating on the "atmosphere" is only based on the fact the fryer smell was very strong while we were there. Don't know if they are having ventilation issues or what but you could also see it in the air.

The best Long Johns I've been to in a long time. Clean dining room good service and the food was cooked perfect!

Ordered a shrimp and fish platter and 2 price fish plate. Shrimp was like rubber and fish was dried out like under a heat lamp all day. Don't bother complaining to management, they don't care

We decided to stop here heading home from a short road trip to see about possibly buying a motorcycle. The motorcycle was a flop, but the food here was good so it wasn't a total loss of the day.

This is a regular stop for us! We love the fish and always order the same thing! Today, we tried the waffle fries for the first time. They were fresh and crispy. We never ordered fries because we weren't fans. The waffle fries were so good. We always go through the drive up because our two dogs are always with us. Today, we had the best customer service we've ever had at the Harrisburg LJS! Christina S. took our order. She was so friendly! She even gave us a little snack for the pups. The drive through service is always accurate and professional, but Christina S. went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Oh yes, our fish was perfect and delicious, too! 🤣
