How does a restaurant, that charges so much for their food, let their building stay in such a state of disrepair. The building is in bad shape and the men's bathroom has a horrible smell, probably from the old cast iron sewage pipes. Everything is just old and stained and doesn't look sanitary. The crew does the best they can to keep it acceptable, but for a chain like this, it's very sub-par, to be nice about it quite a few of these restaurants are in bad shape and they're one of the most expensive places to eat.

Pathetic...two take-out meals both missing a side, the restaurant was out of both tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They did not bother to mention that before partially filling the order. I tried calling after getting home and discovered part of my meal was missing...no answer. UPDATE: The AI generated LJS responses don't do anything to fix the underlying issues. Perhaps you should pay someone to answer calls at your corporate office if you truly care about resolving problems.

Probably the worst Long John’s I’ve ever been too, the guy/girl idk what it was at the register taking orders with a cigarette in its hand. Will be contacting the health department over this because this is 100% unsanitary!

The building isn't in the greatest shape, but the food itself when we ate dine in today was absolutely on point. Literally too hot at first it was straight out the fryer. A++

I'm frustrated by inflation and I don't think you can fix this. Unfortunately, fast food prices have risen too high too fast and I'm at a point where I'm not going to buy it anymore. I'm going to eat either at a sit-down restaurant or I'm going to eat at home. But I will say that I love the food at Long. John silver's, the service. There is amazing, your staff is ridiculously busy but remain very courteous and often bending over backwards to help people who are often not very patient. You've done a good job of staffing. And until pricing begins to recover, if it ever does, I'm afraid many people feel the way I do: way too expensive. Blessings to you and hang in there. Perhaps you can find ways to entice people with more deals and specials? I can handle the wait when it gets busy. But t
