Food was terrible, hush puppies were little deformed badder nuggets,no breading, just crispy n burnt, waffle fries were weird . The fish flanks n chicken were ok but we didnt even get any extra napkins or anything with family meal. This place has really took a turn for the worst. Food was gross. Long john silvers in indy was way better

So I placed an order online. Drove to pick it up and came home.. I have never seen burnt fish before, the chicken was rubbery and gross!! Side were good. Service nope. Walked in stood there a good 3 to 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then I politely said I ordered online, eyes rolled and went back got a bag of food. No condiments no silverware like thx right. For $31 the food shld have been good but not the case.

We stood at the counter for 5 mins before being waited on. All focus was on drive thru. It was hard to find a clean table so I went back up to counter and told the gal that was working drive thru she said “that isn’t my job” I said “maybe you could tell whoever’s job it is that it needs to be done it is called teamwork. Fries and hush puppies were not edible. Very dirty behind the counter too🤦‍♀️kids corn dogs were the best.

Out of root beer out of Dr.pepper ketchup dispenser was empty and we were informed of this after we paid. I haven't been there in quite awhile and now I know why probably won't return gentleman that took our order was a super friendly man of color just wish he would have said hey yall before you order we out of , , ,,, oh well lesson learned

I used to love this place. However, the most recent trip we made our large orders of shrimp were only half full and so was the large cheese curds. They didn't have any straws, root beer or ice cream. What the heck!? I would avoid going here waste of money. I will be calling corporate and a manger to get my money back and have corporate check on why they had no supplies and shorted our food. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
