Always takes a long time to ship goods. And goods are always damaged. No customer service at all, no phone to call, and when you email them they don’t help at all. They’re really irritating to deal with and not worth the time or effort.

My second order was disappointing ..my orders are partially delivered 3 days after I ordered it but the rest of my orders took them so long to ship and since we’re a pop-up store, 2 of my tracking number was sent back to sender but the other 1 was said delivered even the shipping address is already an empty lot.. so crazy.. I start emailing for refund but no one responded.. I just learned my lessons and proved to myself that the reviews here are correct.. Update..we got some items refunded..but took them a while to refund. Still thankful that they refund.

We loved them. We have had issues with product being damaged upon delivery but they corrected it fast. The issue is the shipping cost now. It is ridiculously expensive and forcing us after 3 years to go a different route. I really hate this but the cost is just to much a I sometimes as much as the product order total

Only giving them one start because negative stars is not an option. WORST COMPANY to do business with. I've given them chance after chance and every single order placed with them is always missing items. They don't even bother to notify you if items are out of stock or got damaged in transit. They just take your money and good luck receiving the products. Switching to a different company. SHAME ON YOU!

Worst company to deal with when ordering boba. The shipments always come damaged or do not come at all and we aren't notified. We just have to realize when all of the items do not come. No way to contact customer service and they take no responsibility for how poorly they pack their items. Have opened pearls with the entire container busted and the box completely wet. The tapioca boba is crushed and unusable. Do not offer compensation. Ridiculous. They also take a long time to ship. I recommend Bossen instead.
