Lola's Street Kitchen

On an unusual snowy night, with a family group of 13, Lola’s took good care of us. The tri tip sandwich was yummy. The burgers good. The parm fries, interesting. Prices a bit high for grilled sandwiches and burgers but the food was very good. The service, great. But, the highlight was the churros and ice cream. Simply scrumptious! I have never had a churro melt in my mouth before. That was worth the meal alone!

My go-to, without question, is the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Hands down, it’s my absolute favorite. Lola’s Kitchen in Midway is one of those rare spots that keeps you coming back year after year. I’ve been twice in the last two years, and I already know I’ll be back again next year. Every visit reminds me why this place is so loved. Sure, the line might look long, but don’t worry, it moves quickly and gives you the perfect amount of time to study the menu (trust me, you’ll want that time). People always rave about the nuggets, and they’re right, they’re good, but don’t sell yourself short, because everything here is fantastic. We have been here twice! Super fun summer restaurant with great food! I’ve had the Blue Moon Burger and the Fried Chicken Sandwich, both are fantastic. The pesto steak melt is also great! Also a big fan of the garlic fries. The outdoor eating area is fun, but can be hard to find a table sometimes. We love to come here!

The food here is sooo goood. I got my husband excited to try it lol. He’s only tried it once and says it’s his number one favorite burger spot now! I recommend the chicken sandwich with lemon aioli
