Most delicious sandwich I’ve had, period. The salads and drink selections are top notch as well. The atmosphere is incredible. You can tell that love and care was applied to every inch of the space. The staff is so kind and attentive too. This would be the perfect place to bring your friends or family, or post up with a good book or laptop for a solo meal. Love love love this place and will be back!

10/10 — absolutely incredible sandwiches. Hidden Peak Provisions does not miss. Every sandwich I’ve tried has been top-tier, but the spicy beef is hands down my favorite. Perfectly seasoned, bold flavor, and seriously satisfying. The sides and soups deserve just as much hype — they’re amazing and clearly made with care. You can really tell that everything is made in-house, and that attention to detail shows in every bite. If you’re even thinking about stopping by, do it. Hidden Peak Provisions is a must. Also, I DM’d them to get an idea of what’s in the spicy beef. Here you go: Spicy beef. house roasted roast beef, Capicola, american cheese, burrata, house made giardiniera, house made hot sauce, house made aioli, house made chili spread, (that makes the sauce). chopped romaine, toasted

These sandwiches are a craftsmen labor of love. I’ve yet to try one that isn’t my favorite. The pastas are great too. It’s all high quality thoughtful ingredients. This is our favorite place in Midway if you cant tell.

Potentially the best sandwich in all of the West. This is what happens when world class chefs open lunch spots. Fresh, incredible bread. Delicious meats layered thicker than the snow on Mt Timpanogas, creative combos that will literally make you say “This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had” over and over again. I had a chicken skin BLT that blew my freaking mind. I could eat the spicy beef daily. Besides meat, they always come with delicious veggie sandos of all types as well. And then 8 different sides to choose from - the wasabi tater salad is to die for. Chips and onion dip. Beers. Hot sauces. Ice cream treats. To go prepped meals. And the sweetest employees in all of Heber Valley. Hands down the best sandwich in Utah. Give it a try and prove me wrong !

The sandwich’s were really good and are big portions. We got the Chicago and Turkey Club, both were really good! I personally liked the turkey club more. Have some ingredients and sauce you can buy there and a shirt with their logo. Their water cups were awesome. It was some random containers(probably thrifted or from DI) but they are all miss matched and you pick the one you want(they are washed after every use). Good granola or mom lunch place kind of vibes
