Logan's Roadhouse

We arrived with a large party and were told they were short-staffed — completely understandable. We were patient and accommodating the entire time. We were seated around 12:45. Several appetizers came out cold; we politely sent them back, and they returned hot. No issue there. I ordered a New York Strip cooked medium, with fries, a side of ranch, and a Caesar salad. When my steak arrived, it was not medium — it was rubbery and very well done. I calmly asked for it to be remade and reassured the server that I understood it wasn’t her fault. While waiting for the replacement, I asked — very politely — what happened to the salad that never came out. Her response was shocking. She said, “Y’all kept adding people. I ordered the stuffed salmon and it's definitely not stuffed more like a spread of spinach on top of salmon. No rolls that's another reason I ordered here is for the rolls. Asci start eating I bite into something that has the most awful taste as I inspected it theres MOLD in the supposed to be mashed potatoes bc evidently they made MASH outta a baked potato This experience has showed me TO NEVER EAT OUT AGAIN AND IF I DO IT'LL BE FROM A PLACE I TRUST

So let’s start out with positive. This prime rib that you guys are serving here is one of the best Ive had. It was so juicy and cooked to temperature! I asked for extra seasoning and I could tell that it was on there. It’s served with fresh Au jus and creamy horseradish sauce. The combination of these sauces with the prime rib just really impressed me. I always love the mashed potatoes. They’re always delicious and have real pieces of potato skins in it which I always love. The broccoli was seasoned quite well Which pleasantly surprised me. The only negative is I ordered this online for a scheduled pick up and still ended up having to wait an additional 20 minutes in the restaurant. I understand that they were getting a large catering order out, but I just felt like I was completely forgot

My first time at Logan’s roadhouse and did not even get to get food. I usually go to Texas roadhouse, I recommend going there to anybody rather than going to Logan’s. I always order my steak blue. This place refused to cook it how I ordered it. I ended up paying $15 for drinks and did not get a meal. Very disappointed. I will not be back to a Logans again.

The server was nice. The food was hot. The only problem was my bf order the trout no shrimp and it was a shrimp tail in it. No problem for us but if you are allergic to shrimp and mor fish be careful and make sure they know. Still a wonderful experience!
