Five Guys

My wife and I placed a to go order which proceeded to take longer than 35 minutes to receive after placed. When she received her burger bowl the lettuce was sparse and extremely wilted. Having no but makes everything else very important to the meal. Very disappointed when arriving home.

My wife and I decided to grab a burger, she suggested Five Guys in Fultondale. We get there, walk in and start our order. I don't know the ladies name who started taking our order, "older, white, slim," I started giving my order, and this being my first time here, I wanted the bacon cheese burger, she asked about the toppings, well this being my first time, I wasn't sure what toppings they had, so I asked, well that's when the attitude started, and it just got worse, I asked if the tomatoes were crisp or not, and the attitude went full blown trailer park, so my wife and I walked out, deciding to go somewhere else, We ended up going to Bojangles in Fultondale, awesome customer service there, friendly and courteous, plus their chicken is awesome. But back to Five Guys, We are an interracial

We stop here every time we drive south to the coast. I order on the app and it’s ready when we walk in. Delicious every time!! They also have tables outside.

I've always loved 5 guys. Best burgers around. Buns are sesame seed buns which I don't care for but still the most delicious burger ever. Fries are always scrumptious! We get a little fry and it was plenty for my husband and I to share. Of course, we can't leave till we get a sack for our nuts. 😃

We can at about 7pm and the staff was amazing order was on point service was on point food and speed. Great team! Demaya Kaylan Chris are amazing
