Received a paper on my door today for the first time and I wonder if it was a mistake. I do not reside in Overland nor am I in Ritenor School District, which seems to be what this company caters too. Half Moon Village Apartments and Townhomes is part of Unincorporated St. Louis County and the Pattonville School District. Your community events are ALWAYS for residents only, so why give us a paper that has NO relevance to us.
