I was specifically looking for a Peruvian restaurant, but this place didn’t really deliver an authentic Peruvian experience. It felt more like a Mexican restaurant attempting to offer a few Peruvian dishes. We ordered the family-size jalea mixta de mariscos, and it was disappointing. The dish was mostly deep-fried yuca with only a small amount of seafood, which was over-fried and dry. Overall, the food was just so-so and didn’t meet expectations for traditional Peruvian cuisine.

Authentic Peruvian food with excellent service and flavor. I will come back more often.

The food was excellent. The staff were very warm and friendly. The food was very fresh. The best Peruvian food I’ve had in the greater Sacramento area.
