Hands down the best Mexican style bakery in the central valley. They sell all varieties of pan dulce, some of my favorites being their cookies, empanadas, and puerquitos . I don't have photos because their products never last long enough to take a photo. Their pastries are soft, with a tender crumb. They don't get hard the next day like a lot of pastries that I have tried from bakeries in surrounding cities. Also, their made to order cakes (tres leches, chocolate, etc.) are the best. Worth every penny that you will spend. When family comes from out of town and out of state, they will automatically make a pit stop here just for the pan dulce. an amazing place to get your local and fresh bread and for anyone complaining it’s a bunch of white people and wannabe white people upset because they don’t look up what time this place closes at. customer service is amazing and lovely they don’t tolerate karen behavior there. I live in Los Banos and my mom brought some back home , omg I have to say the best pan Dulce I’ve had in a long time the bread is so soft and delicious! Absolutely amazing quality ! I wish we had a bakery like this here ! Will definitely be making another trip to buy more for the week at my house ! I was sad when there was no more ! Lol ❤️ Also the bread for the Tortas are heavenly even on there own I ate three of them 🥴😮‍💨
